Conflict Minerals
Policy Statement
Updated: 12 March 2025
Overview
RubyComm Ltd recognizes the concerns regarding minerals sourced from regions where proceeds may potentially contribute to armed conflict or human rights abuses. This statement outlines our approach to addressing these concerns within our supply chain management practices.
Our Approach
RubyComm Ltd aims for the following:

-
Supply Chain Awareness: Work toward increasing visibility into our supply chain regarding the sources of minerals used in our products.
-
Supplier Expectations: Request that suppliers who provide materials or components that may contain tin, tungsten, tantalum, or gold (3TG minerals) provide information about the origin of these materials.
-
Documentation Process: Ask suppliers to complete relevant documentation, which may include self-declaration forms, the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) or similar industry-standard forms.
-
Risk Management: Evaluate information received from suppliers as part of our broader supply chain risk management approach.
Limitations and Ongoing Development
RubyComm Ltd acknowledges that:

-
Complete visibility into complex, multi-tier supply chains presents challenges for companies of all sizes.
-
Our approach to conflict minerals will evolve as industry practices develop and as our business grows.
-
We rely on information provided by our suppliers and do not independently verify all source information.
-
This policy represents our good-faith effort to address concerns about conflict minerals in a manner proportionate to our business scale and resources.
