RubyComm (the “Company”) accepts responsibility for the negative effects its operations may potentially have on both the local and global environment and is committed to reducing them.​

As part of ongoing managerial responsibility, RubyComm management will proactively seek to assess its impact on the environment and define concrete actions for ongoing improvement.​

The Company will comply with all relevant environmental legislation as required.​

The Company will actively engage its staff to raise awareness of environmental issues and enlist their support in improving the Company's performance.​

When feasible, the Company will consider environmental issues when selecting external service providers and material suppliers.​

When feasible, the company will not engage in any sales activities that knowingly harm or impact wildlife in a negative manner.​
