Requirements:

1. Extensive experience with Linux based system

2. Extensive experience with Python programing (for Linux systems)

3. Some experience with network programing

4. A versatile team player that can work productively with an experienced, high-caliber development team.

Ideally (not a must), the candidate should also have:

1. Extensive experience with security frameworks (container technologies, sandboxing, eBPF, LSM, IDS, Netfilter, etc)

2. Experience with practical cryptography (using modern cryptography semantics through acceptable libraries)

Sales Operations Specialist (Full time with optional one day a week remotely) - Ra'anana, Israel

Based out of Ra'anana, RubyComm is an OT cyber security startup (with existing Israeli / international customers) developing OT B2B security solutions for corporate and government clients. We are looking for a Sales Operations role to support our prospect and customer engagements. 

What You’ll Do

  • Support the CRO and sales team by managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless sales process.

  • Assist CRO with scheduling, prioritization and back office activities. 

  • Coordinate and track all customer engagements, pilots, and product installations, making sure each step aligns with customer preferences and availability.

  • Full responsibility for CRM and sales tools, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for the team.

  • Analyze sales metrics and generate regular reporting to drive performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with development, marketing, and product teams.

  • Be part of the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices to maximize efficiency and support rapid growth.

  • Provide prospects with sales collateral and documentation.

  • Ensure all customer promises are tracked and fulfilled, acting as the operational backbone for the sales organization.

  • Maintain ongoing engagement with re-sellers and sales partners globally.

Ideal candidate will fulfill most of these requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations / Partners Management

  • Versatility and ability to learn new skills and tools quickly

  • Comfortable working with AI tools and technologically apt

  • Excellent English and Hebrew skills (both preferably at mother tongue level)

  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process 

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders

  • Detail oriented and precise in working style

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend process improvements

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools

  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach—comfortable getting your “hands dirty” in a startup setting

All relevant candidates will be required to complete an online one way video interview and a written test (about 5-8 hours of work in total).
